That means the lists of who to contact, the outreach on email and LinkedIn, the CRM that catches every lead, and the AI and automation that keep it all moving. I set it up in your own tools, so it keeps running after I step back.

How do you use AI?

Wherever it saves real time without making you sound like a robot. AI handles the research, enrichment, personalisation and first drafts, so a small team gets a much bigger team's output. The strategy, the judgement and the final word on anything that goes out stay human.

Do you just advise?

No. Advice is easy to give and easy to ignore. I build the system, run it with you, and stay until your team can run it without me. You get the plan and the working thing.

Is this a fit?

It's a good fit if you're a climate or impact founder selling to businesses, the team is still small, and sales still runs through you. If you already have a sales team and a playbook that works, you probably need a different kind of help.

A product people can buy, or close to it, and a rough idea of who buys it. You don't need a sales team, a CRM or a polished deck. If your ICP is still fuzzy, that's where we start.

Book a call. We'll look at what's already in motion, where deals get stuck and what you want the next six months to look like. If I can help, I'll send a proposal shaped around that. If I can't, I'll tell you straight.

It depends on your budget and what you need, because every startup is different. Some founders want one thing done really well, others want the whole engine. I don't publish a rate. I match the proposal to what you can spend, and you'll know the scope and the price before anything starts.

Long enough to leave you with something your team can run. A focused piece of work, like setting up your CRM or a first outbound campaign, can take a few weeks. Building the full engine usually takes a few months. We agree the length up front, so there are no surprises.
